Rest assured, Rotunda does not sell or trade personal information about you or your volunteers with any third-party services.

In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe in detail the information that we collect from users of our software, websites and services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree that this information will be handled as described in this Policy.

When you use our Services, we may retain personal data including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Such personal information is herein referred to as "Personal Data". We store both administrator and volunteer Personal Data on our secure servers. By providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may use the Persona Data that we gather for the following purposes:

  • To provide our Services, to communicate about the use of our Services, and for other customer service purposes.

Rotunda does not sell or trade your Personal Data. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may be required to share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you:

Partners, Agents and Related Third Parties: Rotunda Software, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, providing tech support, and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we endeavor to only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. The third-party sites that Rotunda currently engages with include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Authorize.net, Twilio, Loggly, ZenDesk, and Google Analytics. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and privacy policies set out by the third-party sites listed above.

Third Party Services: Some portions of the Services might rely on integrated third-party services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to the respective service's terms of use and privacy policies.

Legal Requirements: Rotunda may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend rights or property, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Rotunda will not share any mobile information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customer service and other support services may use this information. All other use cases, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with any third parties.

ADDITIONAL NON-IDENTIFIABLE DATA

We also receive and retain certain personally non-identifiable information to better understand and serve our users and conduct research on customer demographics, interests and behavior. Rotunda may share this non-identifiable data with third parties, for example, in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners.

LOG DATA

We retain some information regarding each interaction with our Services, such as IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring web pages, locations, mobile carriers, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, and the contents of cookies. We use this data to provide, understand, debug, customize, and improve our Services.

With your consent we may share your testimonial regarding our Services along with your name. If you want your testimonial removed at any time please contact us.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

Rotunda does not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from persons under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has directly provided Personal Data through our Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to disable that account and delete that information from our records.

SECURITY

Rotunda goes to great lengths to protect the data we retain from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

It may be necessary for Rotunda to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Rotunda reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and from time to time, without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
